Your use of the content and service provided on this website ("the Website") by noDNA GmbH is subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Copyright Statement, the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice on this website ("the Terms") (click the "copyright statement", "privacy policy" and "disclaimer notice" to read these). We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time, at our sole discretion. Your use of these services will mean that you expressly accept the Terms.

Payments
On line orders may be payed in advance by bank transfer or by paypal service using your credit card or paypal account. Registered and known customers might be able to pay upon request by invoice within 14 or 30 days after shipment.

Prices
Prices shown are in EUR and US Dollar. Postage and packing is charged on scale which reflects the quantity of the order, and the distance between Germany and destination. Shipping carrier is German postal services, DHL or UPS.

Delivery
All orders - if in stock - are despatched the same day or the day after (working days only) of clearance of funds. If for some reason we cannot deliver within the agreed time we will inform you immediately and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery.

Security
Your personal details are encrypted and password secured.

Returns and refund
If you are not satisfied with products you've bought from us, you may return them in the condition received and obtain a full refund from us. Your are responsible for postage charges for returns if senders address is not in Germany. If product has been used refund is reduced by the wear factor which is the original price minus the reduced price of the used product. If the product is a construction kit, you cannot return the kit after any use of the kit because the product cannot be resold anymore.

Liability
We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage is sufficient proof of receipt.
This Product Limited Warranty does not affect the buyers' statutory rights.
Receipts, bills and settlement mistakes
We always provide a receipt (packaging list, invoice) with the goods.
We undertake to correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible.
